Tyson Lee, President and C.E.O.

Tyson Lee is a Graduate of Fairhope (Alabama) High School where he earned Eagle Scout, was a four year member of the National Honor Society and served as Student Body President.

After Graduating from High School, Tyson attended the United States Military Academy at West Point where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and
foreign languages, was awarded West Point’s SAS Award and served as Cadet Company Commander.

After West Point, Tyson served with distinction for over eight years in the U.S. Army graduating from Airborne, Ranger and Jumpmaster School with Honors and receiving medals for Meritorious Service, Army Commendation, Achievement and National Defense Service. Tyson finished his service as a Captain, Military Intelligence, HHC Brigade Company Commander.

After a distinguished career of military service, Mr. Lee has had continued success as a top professional in the insurance, financial services, staffing and recruiting industries. Tyson’s professional accomplishments include serving as Director of Recruiting, Marketing, and Sales Growth for Liberty National Life, starting and operating his own New York Life Insurance business and playing a instrumental role in the launching of U.S. operations for a international staffing company. Tyson Lee has recently started a new chapter in his professional life by launching Ranger Industrial Services.

Personally, Tyson has a deep belief that participation in sports and physical fitness has been paramount to his success as a soldier and businessman. Tyson participated in track, football and tennis in high school, football and boxing at West Point and was three time Hawaii State Boxing Champion.

Jason Hunt, Director of Training, Recruiting & Sales Growth

Jason Hunt has been in the maritime industry for more than 10 years, specializing in multiple aspects including: structural support, offshore rigging, welding, shipfitting, foreman, welding and quality assurance, and instruction.

Jason began training and instructing others for maritime welding and shipfitting in 2009, teaching for AIDT, Bishop State Community College and Austal prior to being selected to head up the training program for Ranger Industrial Services.

Jason brings very unique qualities to the Ranger Industrial Services training program, his charisma, knowledge and overall excitement for the maritime industry combined with his complex hands on training sessions provide students a special learning experience.

Jason implements classroom modules in the following areas: Gas Metal Arc Welding on Aluminum, FCAW (Flux Core Welding), SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), Oxy Fuel Cutting, Detailed Weld Drawings, Weld Symbols, and Carbon Arc Cutting. He also provides Level II Visual Testing, individualized instruction and tutorial or remedial instruction, conducts on-the-job training classes or training sessions to teach and demonstrate principles, techniques, procedures or methods of designated subjects.

Jason Hunt is also a NCCER Core Curriculum /Welding Instructor, as well as, one of the few certified OSHA instructors providing high demand maritime industry training opportunities in the state of Alabama.

James W. Meredith, III “Jamey”, General Manager, Mississippi Division.

Jamey is a New Orleans native, graduate of Wooddale High School in Memphis, TN and veteran of the United States Navy. Jamey has twenty plus years experience in the construction industry as a business owner, project manager and recruiter, most recently for ERT Quality Solutions as the Project Manager for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Region from 2010-2014.
Mr Meredith has a passion to assist men and women achieve their career and life goals and offers personal mentoring with recruitment, on-boarding and throughout their careers. He looks for the motivated individuals with the education and experience needed to obtain and retain a long-term position and be outstanding representatives of Ranger Industrial Services.
Jamey has dedicated much of his life helping and developing people, serving his community as a Deputy with the Desoto County Mississippi Sheriff’s Department and Fire Department, coaching the Southaven Braves USSA World Series Contenders, serving as Youth Director of Houston Baptist Mission Center, Baseball League Coordinator/Missionary for the Los Angeles Dream Center, Youth Director for Whitehaven Baptist Church in Memphis TN and Assistant Director of Messiah’s Ranch Youth Camp in College Station.
